Zumba exercise provides many health benefits: increased lung capacity, range of motion, and improved performance and intensity of movement. Healthy adults, older adults, pregnant women, over-weight/obese individuals, disabled individuals, and anyone who wants to get a complete workout. The participants will work on aerobic endurance, muscle tone, flexibility, and joint mobility.
